用途:

1.高压聚乙烯(LDPE)的优良中温引发剂,多用于管式或釜式法工艺, 可同引发剂PV(过氧化特戊酸叔丁酯)，OT（过氧化-2-乙基已酸叔丁酯），引发剂TBPD（过氧化新癸酸叔丁酯）及二异丙苯过氧化氢等共同组成复合催化剂体系，聚合效果好。

2. 在苯乙烯悬浮聚合工艺中，引发剂C和过氧化苯甲酰（BPO）复配使用，是苯乙烯或苯乙烯共聚物常用的引发剂。

3. 在丙烯酸酯类的聚合工艺中用引发剂C代替偶氮类引发剂，降低了树脂中的毒性。它也可以用于醋酸乙烯酯的聚合反应。

4. 是不饱和聚酯的高温固化剂。该品广泛地使用于玻璃钢、涂料、胶粘剂等不饱和聚酯的固化过程中，如SMC、BMC、DMC的成型工艺中，本品是不饱和聚酯高温固化先选择的固化剂，对模压成型和拉挤成型都有理想的固化效果。如和BPO、TBPEH、CH等引发剂组成复配引发剂体系则效果更佳。

5. 是大部分橡胶的良好硫化剂（异丁烯类橡胶除外）。

6.  添加在油品中会大大提高其十六烷值。

包装及运输:

我厂的标准包装为25公斤的聚乙烯包装。也可根据客户的要求的包装尺寸供货，客户可在订货时提出要求。

储存注意事项:

1.储存于阴凉通风的空间内,仓温不超过30℃。

2. 远离火种，热源。应与酸类，还原剂，易燃物，可燃物，还原剂等分开存放。

3. 储存间的照明通风等设施采用防爆型，开关设在户外。

4. 搬运时应小心轻放，防止包装及容器的破损，禁止撞击和振荡，分装和搬运作业要注意个人防护。

5. 请客户在贮运和使用本产品时仔细阅读本我厂《技术说明书（MSDS）》。

在严格按照生产厂家提示的条件贮存、运输。六个月内产品质量可确实保证。

火灾防护:

1.本产品可能因受热而剧烈分解，会猛烈起火，少量产品小火应迅速用泡沫或干粉灭火器进行灭火。

2. 大火应迅速撤达到不危险距离以外并用水枪朴救，通知消防部门处理。

Purpose:

1. High pressure polyethylene (LDPE) is an excellent medium temperature initiator, commonly used in tubular or kettle processes. It can be combined with initiators PV (tert butyl peroxybutyrate), OT (tert butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexoate), TBPD (tert butyl peroxyneodecanoate), and diisopropylbenzene peroxide to form a composite catalyst system, resulting in better polymerization performance.

2. In the styrene suspension polymerization process, the combination of initiator C and benzoyl peroxide (BPO) is the most commonly used initiator for styrene or styrene copolymers.

3. In the polymerization process of acrylic esters, the use of initiator C instead of azo initiator reduces the toxicity in the resin. It can also be used for the polymerization reaction of vinyl acetate.

4. It is a high-temperature curing agent for unsaturated polyester. This product is widely used in the curing process of unsaturated polyester such as fiberglass, coatings, adhesives, etc., such as in the molding processes of SMC, BMC, DMC. It is the preferred curing agent for high-temperature curing of unsaturated polyester, and has very ideal curing effects for both compression molding and pultrusion molding. If a composite initiator system is composed of BPO, TBPEH, CH and other initiators, the effect is better.

5. It is a good vulcanizing agent for most rubbers (excluding isobutylene rubber).

6. It will greatly increase its cetane number when added to the oil.

Storage precautions:

1. Store in a cool and ventilated space, with a warehouse temperature not exceeding 30 ℃.

2. Keep away from sparks and heat sources. It should be stored separately from acids, reducing agents, inflammables, combustibles, reducing agents, etc.

3. The lighting and ventilation facilities in the storage room are explosion-proof, with switches located outdoors.

Fire protection:
