本产品可用异十二烷或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯调配成90%，75%，40%的溶液(可根据户要求进行调配).

用途:

1.本产品用于乙烯、苯乙烯和苯乙烯共聚体、丙烯腈、丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯等的聚合引发剂。

2.用于橡胶、硅橡胶、二烯类橡胶、聚氨酯及乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂的交联，比其他过氧化物交联温度低，臭味小。

包装及运输:

1.标准包装为20公斤的聚乙烯包装。也可根据客户的要求的包装尺寸供货，客户可在订货时提出要求。

2.引发剂CH335的运输符合下列条规:

IMO(海运)5.2  UN No 3103  C型液体有机过氧化物,二类危险货物包装。

产品有效期：

如严格按生产厂家提示的条件贮存，三个月内产品质量能够保证。

贮存:

1.严格按本厂提示的贮存温度贮存，如贮存温度高于危急温度将导致火灾。

2. 贮存场所严禁明火，远离热源,防止静电，避光保存，贮存场所应有良好的通风设备。

3. 大量存放该产品时应有单独的库房，严禁产品接触还原剂，铁锈，灰尘，重金属离子，酸和碱等。

4. 防止撞击和摩擦。

灭火:

1. 本产品可能因受热而剧烈分解，并且猛烈起火，少量产品燃烧的小火应用泡沫或干粉灭火器灭火。

This product can be formulated into 90%, 75%, and 40% solutions using isododecane or dibutyl phthalate (can be formulated according to customer requirements)

Purpose:

1.This product is used as a polymerization initiator for ethylene, styrene and styrene copolymers, acrylate, and methacrylate.

2.Used for crosslinking natural rubber, silicone rubber, diene rubber, polyurethane, and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resins, with lower crosslinking temperature and less odor than other peroxides.

Packaging and transportation:

1. The standard packaging is 20 kilograms of polyethylene packaging. We can also supply according to the packaging size requested by the customer, and the customer can make requirements when placing an order.

2. The transportation of initiator CH335 complies with the following regulations:

Product validity period：

If stored strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions, the product quality can be guaranteed within three months.

Storage:

1. It is necessary to strictly store according to the storage temperature indicated by our factory. If the storage temperature is higher than the critical temperature, it will cause a fire.

2. Open flames are strictly prohibited in the storage area, kept away from heat sources, prevented from static electricity, and stored away from light. The storage area should have good ventilation equipment.
