用途:
1.乙烯聚合引发剂
TMHP是一种常用的LDPE管式法或釜式法聚合引发剂,为了获取更广的聚合温度范围,常常和其它引发剂配合使用,聚合温度为150-190℃。
2.氯乙烯聚合引发剂
TMHP也是水相悬浮法氯乙烯聚合的引发剂,引发温度为50-70℃。
贮存条件:
保持包装密闭并处于良好通风状态下,max贮存温度为0℃,避免和还原剂如胺类、酸、碱、重金属化合物(促进剂及金属皂),严禁在库房内分装及取用。
贮存稳定性:
按厂家提示的条件进行保存,产品在三个月内可保证出厂技术标准。
灭火:
小的火灾需用干粉或二氧化碳灭火器灭火,同时用大量水喷洒,防止再燃。大火需在安全距离之外用大量水喷射。

This product is a Class D liquid organic peroxide, cargo classification: 5.2, UN number: 3115, temperature controlled transportation, packaging for Class II dangerous goods. Railways and air transportation are prohibited.

Purpose:
1. Ethylene polymerization initiator
TMHP is the most commonly used LDPE tubular or kettle polymerization initiator. In order to obtain a wider polymerization temperature range, it is often used in conjunction with other initiators, with a polymerization temperature of 150-190 ℃.
2. Vinyl chloride polymerization initiator
TMHP is also an initiator for the aqueous suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride, with an initiation temperature of 50-70 ℃.
Storage conditions:
Keep the packaging sealed and in a well ventilated state, with a maximum storage temperature of 0 ℃. Avoid mixing with reducing agents such as amines, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds (accelerators and metal soaps). It is strictly prohibited to pack or use in the warehouse.
Storage stability:
Store according to the manufacturer's instructions, and the product can meet the factory technical standards within three months.
Fire extinguishing:
Small fires need to be extinguished with dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, and a large amount of water should be sprayed to prevent reignition. A large fire requires spraying a large amount of water from a safe distance.
